A first-in-the-nation public housing development with contracted home care and memory care services. Thomas T. Feeney Manor is a four-story, 48 one-bedroom unit development specifically designed for seniors who need enhanced home care services or memory care assistance. Thomas T. Feeney Manor is located in Heritage Park near north Minneapolis and is part of a newly developed senior campus that includes the Cora McCorvey Senior Services Center and MPHA’s 102-unit senior housing development, Heritage Commons at Pond’s Edge.

Thomas T. Feeney Manor incorporates ‘green’ technologies with building designs that respond to the unique needs of this vulnerable population. MPHA and its partners have designed and built a benchmark ‘green’ building that demonstrates energy savings, creates a healthy environment, utilizes renewable energy resources, such as solar and geothermal, and enhances the local ecosystems through innovative storm water management systems.
