The MSSRC is a newly organized resident council representing residents living in MPHA’s scattered site housing (i.e. approximately 1,000 single family homes). The MSSRC provides advocacy and support to scattered site residents, communicating with residents regarding resident activities and MPHA program/policy changes; making resident referral to MPHA as well as various social service organizations.
