The Minneapolis Public Housing Authority (MPHA) main office is located at the intersection of 10th and Washington on the north end of the city’s warehouse district. MPHA’s normal business hours are from 8:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The main bus line connections that stop right in front of our office are 20 and 14 on Washington.
