    Welcome to “MPHAonline,” the Internet website for the Minneapolis Public Housing Authority (MPHA) in Minneapolis, Minnesota. MPHA is the largest public housing authority in the state and one of the largest affordable housing providers in Minnesota and the region. MPHA provides a variety of affordable housing programs designed to meet the needs of eligible individuals and families.

    How To Use and What You Will Find In MPHA’s Web Site
    MPHA’s web site is designed primarily for individuals and families who currently participate in one of our affordable housing programs, those interested in participating in one of our programs or anyone seeking more information and wanting to learn more about our agency and what we do.

    Under this link, “About MPHA,” you will find a message from Executive Director Cora McCorvey, fact sheets about the agency and some of its main programs, a history of the agency, MPHA’s mission statement and organizational structure, a variety of agency reports, plans and other documents and a listing of web site links to related agencies and organizations, both locally and nationally. Under “What's New at MPHA” you will find news briefs of a current events nature about MPHA and related topics. Under “Housing Opportunities” you will find specific information about our seniors housing and assisted living programs and see some of these facilities.

    Under “Reports,Plans & Documents” you will find information, reports and visuals regarding MPHA’s ongoing 100 million-plus capital improvements campaign across the city, and some of our current housing development program in both Minneapolis and suburban communities. Under “resident programs, activities & participation” you can learn more about the dozens of organizations that MPHA contracts and partners with to provide additional services to residents, along with an overview of the public housing resident organizations that MPHA works closely with.
